On a managed lease we track every payment and issue letters of demand as soon as rent is late. Specialised debt collection and evictions are not part of the management fee and are quoted separately, and we can refer disputes to the Rental Housing Tribunal.
On a letting-only lease, you hold it. On a managed lease, we hold it{{trustAt}}. Either way it stays the tenant's money until the lease ends and the exit inspection is done.
Yes. You can end a letting mandate at any time with an email to sales@paragonproperties.co.za, and extend it month to month the same way.
